Collaboration with Lovebridge under the WIP
- Organise visits in the workplace for Lovebridge young beneficiaries
- Organise work placements for Lovebridge beneficiaries
- Training of the management/ human resources team on poverty in order to better understand employees from vulnerable backgrounds and hence, promote their inclusion in the workplace
- Training of employees on poverty in order to promote the integration of new staff coming from vulnerable backgrounds
